You are going for a two-er though, Flower! Pregnancy and moving homes are meant to be two of the most stressful things! When you're all settled it'll be worth it :)

Did everyone have a nice weekend? Went far too quickly for me, can't believe it's Monday again! I had a trial with a potential new job but decided not to take it, I'm enjoying my free time and have enough to cover myself money wise so I'm not really motivated.

The lack of motivation has followed me to work too, mentally I'm out walking Ryder or eating my dinner!

Hope you have an amazing wedding day Wendz!!!

By pure chance I will actually be in London on the 12th October....... but I will be at a wedding all day :(

The ceremony starts at 11am so there isn't even a chance I could meet earlier. What are the chances!!!
Any chance you're staying? NIM and I are staying the night and free the next day, maybe we could meet for brunch if you're about?

I'll see you at Kings Cross Tete and Cinny, we should meet at Patisserie Valerie in the 'new' mezzanine bit... order me a croissant while you're waiting for me! :D

I have no idea what I'll wear, don't know how big I'll be by then, especially after my holiday which will be a fortnight eat fest! :o Oooh and speaking of my holiday, just got a letter this morning saying that they're renovating all of their standard rooms so we've been upgraded to a suite to apologise for the disruption! Bad news is that one of the a la carte restaurants is closed, but there are 7 others plus the 5 buffet restaurants so I think we'll survive! :)

Bad holiday news is that the friends we're going with are currently having 'marital difficulties'... after being married a whole 11 months! :( Not really sure what's going to happen there, they say they're 'seeing how things go' but honestly, when I spoke to the girl she didn't seem too positive. Really hope this is a minor blip and they'll be OK on holiday or it could be really awkward. :o

Good news on the upgrade but that's rubbish about the friends. They do say the first year of marriage is the hardest (personally I think the egit who said that never had a baby) but hopefully they'll work through it by then.

We arrive in London 10.15 on Saturday, into Kings Cross as well. Any ideas for activities girlies (and do we have a poolie too? Sure NIM would like the company).

Glad you're enjoying the new house Flower! :) Shame you can't make the meet, but I suppose you've got a good enough excuse! :)

Hooray to getting your tickets booked Cinny, very confusing about all the price changes though?! :o

Had my 12 week scan take 2 this morning, baby still happy and wriggly. :D

Just found out that the friends coming on holiday with us have actually properly split now... but they're both still coming on holiday as 'friends'?! !!!!!!? This will either be fine or verrrrry awkward... I've got my money on awkward! :(

Birdie, we had a holiday like that. They had make up shags for 8 days than broke up for good a week later. We didn't see them much, they were in their room all the time.

I've got my money that one of them won't come, unless they've gotten back together. I don't care how much a holiday costs I would happily loose it all if it meant not being with my ex for a week.

Had my skating test tonight, passed 2 grades at once :D Was sure I would fail the second one as my backward skating is pretty clunky. Probably on my last 5 week course before I have to move up to the advanced night rather than beginners :T

That's what I don't get... OH and I both said no matter how amicable the split, if it was us in that situation neither of us could think of anything worse than being forced to holiday together! I know it sounds awful but I hope she doesn't come if they're not back together as she's the one who'd start the fights. :o

Just realised that out of 4 married couples in our group we're the only ones still together! Then there's the guy who was engaged twice but never actually made it up the altar... clearly just a bunch of very unlucky in love folk! :o

Well done on passing 2 skating grades! :T Dancing on Ice, here you come! :)

3 divorces/separations... we're the only ones actually sticking to our vows! I never thought I'd know one person divorced before 30, never mind 3 couples! It's crazy!!!! The longest marriage lasted 18 months! Feel like we're the only ones flying the flag for a happy marriage right now! :p
