It's like you read my mind ;). So glad the bp is under control again, you are doing so well. I really agree you should only be worrying about cooking baby and not anything else.

That is lovely you have been able to do some crafting, I am sure that will help you relax.

Eeek Dinah, sorry to hear about the bp blip, but glad you're feeling a bit better now. Fantastic news that you're just a few days off when you had Grace. Am crossing everything that the bp chills out and you get to enjoy a much longer pregnancy this time around. Bed rest sounds just right, all other money and admin life stuff has got to come second to the new little one :) Hope Grace is doing okay, her cough sounds nasty. Hugs to her.

I'm 37 weeks today in fact, so just got to term :) Baby is 3/5 engaged but no sign of anything happening yet. I'm looking forward to finishing up my consultancy work on Monday and my PhD corrections are almost there too. It's so hard to concentrate now!! OH will be off from the Monday after, so that's something to look forward to. I think we have got everything. I just need to finish up the bits I'm sewing - am really behind with that. We have been so lucky to have been given so much and got some epic bargains off fleabay lately.

Sorry the BP went haywire, glad it's under control again. Hope the growth scan goes well on Friday. :)

Looking forward to seeing photos of the blanket. :)

Hooray for getting to term Lara! :) So exciting knowing that baby will be here soon!

Thank you! I have, although it's a bit of a blur as I have a properly poorly toddler (again). Next goal is only tomorrow - most pregnant I have ever been! After that the goal is 30 weeks, a 'boring' baby, only nurses at the birth not the nicu docs, considered a feeder and grower.

Grace started being really sick at lunchtime yesterday, very lethargic, extremely hot... took her down to the doctors where she was sick all over the place, turns out she has an ear infection, so she's on another round of antibiotics. She perked right up after a few hours though, so long as you keep up the painkillers she's fairly happy.

Another growth scan tomorrow, going on my own this time as NIM can't get the time off work and I've asked dad to have Grace at home if possible as I don't really want to trapse her about when she's ill. Going to take my consultant a cake to celebrate getting so far, and tell him no bad news when I'm on my own!
