  • 2p off is still 2p off!
  • when you deposit it will show you it in £ aswell
    i deposited $31 which was £20.30 and i took a screenshot
There is a Money Saving Expert quidclan, next time your on quidco have a look for it
  • Copy and paste the screenshots onto a word document, that's what I've done in the past and keep chasing them about it! Persistence usually pays off

I received my points from Victor Chandler offer yesterday! Cheers for the advice!

I've now signed up to the WSOP offer tonight for the 14,000 points. I was gonna be spending around £25 soon for a DVD set I want off Amazon, so a £50 voucher for £20.71 works out great for me.

I'm the worlds worst gambler and lost all my money over the course of the evening on WSOP. However I don't mind so long as I get the £50 Amazon voucher ;)

I made sure I took plenty of screenshots after the VC points debacle! ;) Now I guess it's a waiting game.....

hey guys, i sent my query for the william hill casino club and eurogrand, prestige will be sent in a few days.

this is the reply i got for the williamhill query:

    ///////
    Thank you for contacting Maximiles.

We kindly request to email providing screenshots showing that the deposit
and wagering requirements have been met for these merchants so we can look
    into this matter further.

    Kind regards,

guys the problem is that william hills don't have betting/deposit history for more than 60 days so i can' t show those i think maximiles should tell people to take screenshots for later security.
so i have sent them the paypal screen which shows 20 pound going to william hill. and also a screenshot of my account showing balance of 0.01, hopefully this works out. but the weird thing is that for eurogrand and for prestige, on the paypal it says payment sent to william hill, so im hoping that doesn't cause any trouble.

    wish me luck guys.

I had a similar thing with WSOP, I just emailed them and asked them to send me proof that I had met the criteria and they sent it straight back - might be worth emailing William Hill?

hi guys, i noticed that eurogrand has completely dissapeared from my hotmail account. i am 100% sure i signed up to it and completed the offer, i also put 23 quid in. its like i never did it. but i remember clearly. like you know when i go on the prestige and william hill programs the username is already there, but for eurogrand it isn't. there were 3 payments made to williamhill through my paypal, 2 of which i've identified as prestige and william hill casino, but the last one is supposed to be for eurogrand, but just can't find any proof for it. i also thought maybe i did doubles at presitge or william hills. but i went online to customer support and they both confirmed that i made only one deposit at each of them. its really weird, but i'm 100% sure i did the eurogrand offer too.

has this happened to someone before? unfortunately i have no way to prove it, only thing i got is a payment of 23 from my paypal to william hill and nothing else.

I did! I just said these are the things that Maximiles are asking me, can you confirm them - they emailed back the answers and I forwarded the email to Maximiles.

  • I got my 14,000 points from WSOP on 3rd February....so glad I signed up for this offer when I did, because soon after they changed the offer to 7000 points! I already had 2000+ points, so decided to get x2 £30 Amazon vouchers (basically turned the extra 2000 into £10, which is better than spending 3000 on an individual £10 voucher ;))

Ordered my DVD's over the weekend :D
