Maximiles (Ipoints) help needed(merged)

I have emailed them twice about points not awarded for surveys - a total of 1500 exactly. No reply. I used the maximilespanels@maximiles.co.uk address. Anyone got a better one?

I cant believe that I didnt know about the polls on maximiles, I spent ages trying to look for them not realising they were on the homepage doh! Just go 80 points doing them.
Have been keeping up with the videos although there is a few 0 points on there at the moment, cant understand why they are nil poi

I am in the same position. Two surveys I did but got no points awarded. I emailed the address twice for each survey including screenshots of the final survey pages confirming completion of them, but still no reply or points.

I even used the contact helpline on the website but they just said for survey issues you have to email [EMAIL="maximilespanels@maximiles.co.uk"]maximilespanels@maximiles.co.uk[/EMAIL]

I have now emailed them a third time (same address) saying it's no use sending me more survey invitations. I won't be doing them as they don't pay up. In the past, I have had similar problems re the award of points, but on enquiry, they have awarded them.

As it stands, it's just a simple swindle.

Tim Potter replied to my email when I had a problem with a survey that didnt complete right at the end and I got my points.

Does anyone know why they are not offering the 5 points for watching the videos like they used to? It only says '0' points.

Some are still 5 pointers, guess it just comes down to how much the ad pays maximiles for being used, and they hope people will still click on them not realising they are no pointers.

Does anyone else have a problem when sending in a query? I usually send it via the query link on the website but I then get an e-mail telling me to send it direct to maximilespanels@maximiles.co.uk, but every time I do this the mail comes back undelivered. It is so frustrating and time consuming. Today a survey they sent me stopped part way through and I tried to tell them this but after several attempts to e-mail them I lost the will and gave up.
