Maximiles (Ipoints) help needed(merged)

I've had the same ones missing from my ipoints, im over the 90 day limit and have queried 2 out of 2 so far, the reply i got was that i didnt meet the offer (which i did) so i've forwarded screen shots of my bank statement showing money going in and out to both companies, NOTE all 3 only keep your betting history for 60 DAYS so i'd advised to get some screenshots as i couldnt. :mad::mad:.

I had to submit an enquiry about WSOP and got them fine after some hassling, my wife put an enquiry in and they refused to pay out accussing her of abusing the system, once she proved she was my wife and not me she got the points no problem!

Just to update, after sending screen shots of my bank statement with the money going from my account and in again from Prestige and EuroCasino, they validated my points.
Im a bit gutted there's no offers on at the moment..

It's a shame that this doesn't work with screenshots of surveys completed. I have sent these to show that I did the survey but they won't add the points, and they can't even be bothered to email you back.

It says that the points should be credited before 30 days are up, so I decided to contact Maximiles the other day to confirm that the click through had tracked.....

Maximiles replied yesterday and said:

I have looked into this for you and I am afraid that the account has not qualified for points and this information comes from a report sent by the merchant

There is a minimum wagering requirement and this could be the reason that you have not qualified.

If this is not the case, may I ask you to send any screenshots of your betting account that prove the deposit was made and that the wagering requirement was met and that you used your Maximiles email address when signing up and we can look into these points further for you.

I have sent them a screenshot from my VC account confirming the bet (I could only send one through their query form, how do you send multiple attachments?)

Out of interest, has anyone managed to get their points in a similiar scenario after sending Maximiles screenshots?

Copy and paste the screenshots onto a word document, that's what I've done in the past and keep chasing them about it! Persistence usually pays off

How many times did you have to chase? I have sent three queries with screenshots and not had the points added or even an acknowledgement.

This was for several surveys and not Victor Chandler I must point out.

Twice, but in the past I have had to ring every week for quite a few weeks, they tend not to respond to queries or emails, phonecalls seem to be more productive IMO!
