I still haven't had a reply to any of my emails re award of points for surveys (including the t.potter@maximiles.com address kindly given above), though I never had any returned undelivered. I have now stopped doing any of their surveys at all. I usually send it via the query link on the website but I then get an e-mail telling me to send it direct to maximilespanels@maximiles.co.uk, but every time I do this the mail comes back undelivered. It is so frustrating and time consuming. Today a survey they sent me stopped part way through and I tried to tell them this but after several attempts to e-mail them I lost the will and gave up.2020 Wins:

I don't think so. They just don't care to answer. I've not done a survey since I sent the first of my most recent series of queries. Given up on that side of points collecting. There are plenty of survey companies who play it straight, or at least try to. If ever they reply, I would consider doing surveys again. But their appalling customer service reflects the attitude they have to their members. Two can play at that game.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930

here here! they used to be so good but now... i can't understand why it's all gone down the drain. the customer service side re rewards however - i.e. not received yr reward or something, is really quick?
i too send emails asking for my survey points and get no reply. it's disgraceful.0 -
Has anyone received points so far this month please? Anyone know what the official policy is on when they apply them to your account? Unlike TCB and Quidco, there doesn't appear to be any way of knowing if something has tracked until the points appear?
Many thanks

I have a folder within my email account and any offer or survey that I complete goes into there together with any confirmations (sometimes get these with offers), I remove them from the folder once the points have been credited and its easy to check which items have gone over 90 days to initiate a query, I've always had missing points credited promptly and accurately when I query (use the General option in Queries if the partner in question is not present in the list they provide to choose from). Surveys can be queried after 30 days but its now 90 days for anything else unfortunately, I find that if I haven't had my points after 30 days that I'm not going to get them unless I chase them up :cool:2020 Wins:
