Are your points logging for these ? Mine were not earlier today !!!

Mine weren't working, I had to log in and keep refreshing, you have to click a few times too, once to vote, once to submit your score and again to collect your points, and then refresh again and they should be showing!

Yeah, doesn't seem to be working well yet either, took several refreshes and clicking of the play button to get the stars to show up at all on a couple of vids for me. Then, as you said, there's the need to rate AND click after to collect your points (I nearly missed that too).

yes working ok for me, there's been another one added today so 9 to watch up to now

there doesn't seem to be an advent calendar for points this year either

well, i called them up again today as points had still not been added. i actually got through to the same guy as i did y/day. he checked with 'the lady' and i was told she had just responded to 3 of my emails and was working on the others. the points should be added on Mon.

I asked the guy why the delay with getting responses to survey enquries. He said they got loads of emails to get through and it was taking time. by the sounds of it they've only got that 'jennie oconnell' on the survey case which is a joke.

I checked my email and yes Jennie had responded. Can you believe after waiting so long, 2 surveys she said they didn't have my ID number so im not getting the points (I def completed them - 1 was for 400 points!) another 2 i will get points for 'in the next few days'.
I hope he rest of you waiting start getting replies. If not, call em!

I know it is cack isn't it, used to get 10 points aday in December
