Thanks a lot for your advice. It seems like a lot of messing about though don't you think? I would have thought that everything would go into the pending area so you could see what you were owed etc. Do they try to dodge out of giving you points often then?
I don't think it is so much as they are trying to wriggle out of awarding points as that they rely on their partners to let them know you have completed an offer/purchase which is why you really need to keep track of your own points earned as they will chase them up and award them to you when you query after 30 days has passed. I have had every single point I queried awarded, usually within 3-4 days. I agree the pending area is a waste of time. They do have (can't quite recall the proper name for them) special partners such as My Supermarket who, once you have registered with the site, credit you points without you having to go through the Maximiles website first every time you make a purchase. These partners should be indicated on the Maximiles site. I have only been a member for less than a year and I have already had 4 £8.99 books just by completing free offers, surveys and a little bit of shopping (and I have points pending for another).

Finally plucked up the courage to do the Roxy Palace offer. Created my account yesterday but it took me until now and a few attempts on free play to actually bet real money. :rotfl:Played roulette and lost £4.00 which isnt too bad with the amount of points coming through. This is the first time I've taken up an offer like this through maximiles so they had better deliver the points or I wont be very happy lol!

Justified the spend as need to buy a dress for a wedding I'm going to in a few months (a £35 dress for £4 isnt bad lol). Can buy it on Amazon so aslong as I get the points through I'll be very happy

I emailed ipoints over the weekend and they said that i did click through from them and to wait 45 days until points are awarded. Pretty hopeful of getting these considering Roxy Palace confirmed to me that I did deposit and wager £25.

Ipoints also said that more than one person per household can avail of the offer so have told my mum to do this too!

Did you email Roxy Palace for that confirmation? I had no communication from them at all.

Yeah guys there was nothing official sent (to my surprise as usually you would get some welcome email or something) so I went to their live chat and asked for confirmation to be sent to me that I had deposited and wagered £25 and they helpfully did so for me. Its just so that down the line in case of any problems with ipoints I have some proof that I met the terms.

I also raised an ipoints query just to have some proof that they have seen that I clicked through to the casino site through ipoints itself.

Just received this email from Roxy Palace:

    Dear xxxxxxxx,

We have received your withdrawal request of £30.00.

As a precautionary measure, prior to us completing the processing of your withdrawal, please can you email risk@roxypalace.com or fax us toll-free on 44-2079001529 a copy of:

    - your driver's license/ID document (with date of birth)
    - any printed bill reflecting your name and address (no older than 6 months)

Please note that the preferred method of forwarding these documents would be via a scanned image or digital picture. Due to color variation, faxes are not always clear and often cause our players a great deal of inconvenience.

Kindly include your casino account number in your fax or email.

We look forward to your co-operation with regard to the above requirements, which are there to protect your funds. As soon as we have received the required documentation in good order, the processing of your withdrawal will be completed.

If on the 3rd request we have still not received the required documents, your intended withdrawal will be put back into your gaming account and your account will be locked – until such time that the documents have been received and verified to be in order.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail at support@roxypalace.com or on our toll-free telephone number 0800-731-4292.

We are here for you 24 hours, 7 days a week.

    Sincerely,

    Paul

So they want us to send a bill or similar, plus a scan of a driving licence/passport. Is it safe to send such things by email? I would have thought not.

I wouldnt have thought so either. Surely if you want it to be put back on the card you made a purchase on in the first place their should be no issues???

They are always quick enough to take your money but not give it back...typical!

I made a request for a withdrawl but havent had that email...yet

Will let you know if that changes!
