For god sake. I hate companies like these, I hope its not a sign of things to come further down the line. I really dont feel happy about having to give them such personal information and its just a joke the ease at which ya can deposit and then they demand things when you want to take money back to that very same source.0

Perhaps against my better judgment, I sent the details they requested as attached files. They have now replied saying that the image of my driving licence did not arrive. (It shows as attached on the copy of the email in my "Sent items" folder).
However, it does not end there.
They are now requesting scans of both sides of the card I used to deposit with, with the CVV number blacked out.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

I've still had nothing from intercasino .... goes off to the corner to sulk
I did take a screenshot at the time of my account which also shows the maximiles intercasino tab, looks like I'll be waiting the 90 days then putting in a claim.0 -
Good luck with that. I never remember to take screenshots, so well done, you!Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930

Hi
I took Vickie's advice and emailed them attatching the screenshot and very quickly I got this reply:
"Hello and thank you for contacting the InterCasino support team.
In response to your Maximiles promotion query, we are sorry to hear that you have not received your points yet.
Kindly be advised that we have forwarded the matter to our Casino Manager and you will be contacted within
48 hours regarding your points.
Thank you very much for your cooperation."
I think it'd be worth your while also dropping them a line0 -
