Well I got £20 from them without having to give any ID at all. Just a wait now for my points!

I must admit that when I did the casino thing, I was abroad, and they may have had an alert to a UK card being used from outside the country (foreign IP address). Under those circumstances, I can understand an extra security procedure.

also just to share that following a complaint i made to them, they've told me that there's a backlog of survey queries at the mo, hence the ridiculously long wait til you get a reply if you query missing survey points.

I have had my winnings from Roxy Palace credited back to my bank account without having to prove my ID. That's £5 profit on the sign up.

And this morning I had my 16 000 ipoints credited!
