there is only the odd company that bothers to put things in there
the turnaround is generally 30 days
in the past if it took more than 30 days you could message maximiles from the queries section to chase up the points- but now they'll simply message back there is nothing they can do until after 90 days
if you have made any big purchases - you're probably best off messaging the customer service sections of the companies you signed up with if it takes more than 30 days to get points
Thanks for that-was really worrying I'd wasted a loadf of time. I'll just wait and see what happens. :beer:0 -
On today's Maximiles email, there is a mention of Roxy Palace Casino. Clicking through to Maximiles gives this info:

Has anyone tried this one, and how did the transaction go?Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

I've just done this offer with Roxy Palace - straightforward enough and came out with a £5 profit as well
I also did the Intercasino offer - a shame it's not as good anymore
The only other no risk casino offers (where the points on offer for joining are at least equal to the money risked) on the website atm are the William Hill affiliated casinos - they also credited the points to me within 2 weeks
- 21 Nova, Eurogrand, Prestige & WH casino are all part of the same company (7500 points for £20 wager)
Made a £200 profit with WH as well on BJ
Other than the above mentioned hopefully the other partners will put on a good offer to tempt new customers like Intercasino did - so sit tight until they become more generousHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Just a question on Roxy Palace. Can you deposit £25 and make say 25 individual £1 bets on red/black on roulette to minimise the risk of losing money?0 -
on the website - there is an instant play section where you can play for fun - have a play around yourself
risk free winnings :beer:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

There's a min bet amount on roulette on red/black on the free instant play version. Do ya know if this is the same for the real money version? (not sure if i can check without actually opening a real money account)0 -

I deposited £25 and played the European Roulette game. (I practised first before making my deposit). The casino gave me a matched deposit of £25, giving me 50 "credits". I put my bets on three categories, giving me a spread of 89+%, and then played, not changing my stakes or my choices. I lost £5 on the first two games, and won the third, giving me a £5 profit, which I instantly withdrew.
Let's hope the new membership is confirmed between Roxy Palace (why do so many casinos have cheesy names?) and Maximiles, and that I get my 16000 points very soon. :j
Hope these details are useful to anyone as nervous as I was about signing up to this one.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930
