I joined Intercasino on 27 April. I haven't played since. The 12500 points were credited on 4 May.

Got my 12500 points from Intercasino today

Here is the offer they had if they try any funny business (offer on the maximiles website atm is not so good)

For this week only we are offering you the chance to collect a staggering
**12,500 points** with just one £10 deposit and wager with Intercasino.

That's enough points for a £50 shopping voucher! And best of all when you
deposit and wager, you might win! You'd be crazy not to take up this offer!

    Get collecting now

Oh no, missed this. Hope they do it again soon

You're not the only one. I bookmarked it intending to sign up and didn't realise till too late it was only on offer for one week

Hi. I'm a newbie to Ipoints-can someone please explain why most of the things I'm signing up to etc to earn points aren't showing up in my 'pending points' section? It's only the odd company that's going into the pending section, let alone actually giving me any points! Is this how it is all the time? Will I get my points eventually from all the companies I'm owed points drom or am I spending hours signing up to stuff etc for no reason? Would really appreciate it if someone could clarify this with me please?

the pending section is a bit of a red herring

there is only the odd company that bothers to put things in there

the turnaround is generally 30 days

in the past if it took more than 30 days you could message maximiles from the queries section to chase up the points- but now they'll simply message back there is nothing they can do until after 90 days

if you have made any big purchases - you're probably best off messaging the customer service sections of the companies you signed up with if it takes more than 30 days to get points

Hope you get them soon. These cashback type sites seem very disorganised.

Yes. Ridiculous. I'm sure their hope is that punters will have forgotten about their missing points after three months.
