We have now received 3 routers from yourselves non of which have made a difference I'm not convinced a 4th will improve our situation unless you have some better quality routers.

OK, I was thinking that this was going to be an individual router fault but as you've tried 3 it doesn't seem to make any sense to send another one out.
If you could provide a ticket reference or a username I'd like to take a look into that.

I'd like to take a look over your account and also see the if there any issues with the batch of routers that you were supplied and why we also continued to replace them when it didn't solve the issue.
