but im not stopping anyone else doing wht they want. I think u reali are also a e2save insider.

Your thread was aimed at removing her from the forum, thats hardly helpful and letting other people use a good resource now isit? People who do infact have problems with e2save not paying cashback would be in a better position to talk to someone here than having them banned because of your issues.

im not slagging anyone off but just cos u found it fine many many others havent so why do u need to contribute? If ppl are having problems at the moment like my 3rd installment/friends 1st installment and she isnt able to do anything but advise to call cs what is the point?

If she cant help you, she may still be able to help someone else, thats why.

It would be good to at least have some representation of comapies on this forum.

    WHY?

These forums are externally moderated. E2save and others have no control over here and should an E2save representative post something exposing their dodgy dealing they cannot remove it!

And for this reason alone MORE attention will be paid to what is posted on this forum by representatives. So if lots of users are having the same problem, then E2save will notice and it's more likely to correct it!

Cos this forum is read by hundreds of thousands of people - now E2save wouldn't want to make their company look bad in front of all those people now would they?

Also they are not really bothered about individual cases as much - no one hears you converstaion with them do they?

But on here they damn well will be!:D :D:D

She was a great help to me. Had my claim rejected earlier this month so called e2save trying to explain my situation that I had followed instructions via the cheque back leaflet and website help section to send in my 6th monthly bill. However, they told me I should have sent in my 4th and didn't want to hear anymore. A quick pm to rebecca explaining my situation and my problem was resolved successfully in one afternoon. Fantastic! (I am not an e2save insider)
