Mine would be veggies and salad, generally food related.
OH's is "3 for £20" DVD offers in HMV.
Some of my debt comes from buying OH too many presents though

I used to spend £50-£70 a month on my mobile phone which was way too much.
(I now never pay over £20 a month).
I definitely spend too much on crisps etc although I them buy in bulk.Official DFW Nerd Member 507'Proud to be dealing with my debts'0 -

I love them. I love the whole experience of browsing for hours in bookshops, the smell of them, the feel of them, the way i can lose myself in one for a couple of hours at a time, the way they look on the shelves in my lounge....
I am completely addicted!

I used to spend far too much on my mobile, magazine, dinners out and clothes which I thought were bargains but didn't fit me/suit me.
Now I still love to buy magazines but try to limit myself to the one a week I've got on subscription (the now) plus occasionally that 70p one the new. I still slip up sometimes and buy the Reveal.... I don't know why I'm so addicted

DD came back from her dad's today with a brand new coat that cost her stepmum 50p because it has a button missing and the place was closing down. I know my DD is almost 13 and that this coat is a 12-13, but my DD is in size 7-8 clothes. (small kids)clothes which I thought were bargains but didn't fit me/suit me.

Goodmorning All:D
FIRST..HERE IS WHAT I WAS DOING:mad:
FOOD-there are 2 of us..an i stockpile like there is going to be a siege!!!
MAGAZINES-especially goodfood / fresh etc..about £3 each (and there are 4 a month)
WATER-i live in a hard water area it is gross - even though i double filter it its still like miltons
KITCHEN STUFF-i have a serious obsession with le creuset, and kitchen goodies...they do get used though
TOILETRIES - again i have an obsession with stockpiling
when i sorted out at the weekend ready to pack up for moving i realised that i have enough of every single toiletry for me and hubby to last us over a year - so now i have various nearly empty bottles stood upside down so we will use them up first..i have packed up all the new bottles :T :T
Im off on my first ever holiday abroad - kefalonia - at the end of the month and then we are off to live in germany for 3 years ...i can feel that purse filling up now :T :T :T :T - i have colected enough smelly samples to take with us for 2 weeks :T
Anyone who has seen my "guess what i found in my freezer" posting will know that i have enough food to last me until i leave here for good on the 2nd july-apart from milk
So i have worked out that on a normal week- when i have to start shopping again..i can save:-
shopping £80 monthly - without trying
magazines £12
water - £15
kitchen goodies £20...thats just a guess as i dont buy every month..but tend to buy biger things..:o
OOOOHHH MY - thats £127...   and thats without really thinking about it...im off in a minute to make a proper list....:rotfl:
And when we get to germany.....we dont pay for:-
car tax
tv licence
water-cos i can drink theirs
and hubby gets an allowance for me
, plus shopping is soo much cheaper and there is more selection
and anything over 50euros we can get tax free:j :j
Im waffling on now...so im off to list just what i should cut back on...i will be back....and theres a threat

Magazines are my achilles heel (well, apart from the shoes!)...
BUT! I haven't bought a magazine for almost a month now. Have subscribed to the one I bought every week, saving 80p per week off the cover price and I just don't even go into the newsagent now! How I've changed...Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 550

Mine's got to be junk food, I can't seem to go to the local shop without buying a bottle of pop, bag of crisps and a bar/bag of chocolate.
It's a compulsion, I can't seem to stop it!!0 -
