What a good idea FF. I sort of gave this diet a half hearted try a while back, but then my OH got ill again and turns out all I needed was a few weeks without his cooking to do the trick:o. Im pretty much back to where I wanted to be weight wise bar a few stray pounds. Just got to keep it off now

Please can some one help. I want to get some Shloer at t which compares with a. What small little spend items do you normally get to make up 10 items o they ave to be certain items. Tia xx
Usually Smart Price/Every day items are ok. I personally am not daring enough to do the grape, mushroom, sprout shop:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

FC you will find the 5;2 is great for maintaining weight too:)
Hopefully I can contribute and share some good recipes. It's been tough for me having to singly work out recipes for 5 people, 2 relatives and 2 friends plus me, but I have been doing it for 8+ months now. Hopefully those calorie calculations and hard work finding and making up recipes I have been doing will help us all, in this group now.
I may as well write this before heading out to meet my friend, First off...Greek yogurt, £1 for a big 500g from T or A's is a must have. Fruits of low calorific value, Strawberries, Melons. Tinned peaches and pineapple in juice. Carrots, Mushrooms and Eggs too a must for 5;2 days too. WW sugar free jelly crystals for us veggie's/or ready made pots of hartleys sugar free jelly pots for those who are not vegetarian for 5;2 days:) I will compile a list of my recipes soon:)
see you all later tonight x x:eek:FunkyFeet:eek:Elite 5:2 #190 -

We have a very useful asset for that sort of shop - a bearded dragon, tell the SA they are occasional treats for him
Slightly concerning though, my GS will start playschool in September. Every time he comes round he wants to see the dragon. He will be telling everyone at playschool that we have a pet dragon :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
...dither no more, join up, you will lose minimum 2lbs a week, or even 4lbs when you start off doing this only 2 days per week. Lets do it:)
FF feeling like a boot camp colonel:o
I have now been working on 5;2 recipes for about 8months, so can help plan 'fast days' for us all:)

You can always price them and label them yourself using the machines in the Fruit/Veg section. Then they just have to scanned through the till so speeds things up.0 -
