You are so right gurrrl! I need to de chub. I look like a beached whale and enough is enough. Roll on Monday.

Just thrown all the £10 worth of goodies (junk food) I got from Asda today into the grey bin. LOL.

Is everyone else in the zone?

Erm, well, I'm working myself up to it! :o
I started on the book QoC recommended last night, didn't get very far though, couldn't keep my eyes open! I'm working this weekend, so looking to start properly next week. So for now I'm just trying to cut down on the carp a bit and drink more water. I also don't own scales, so I'm guessing I'll need to pick up a set at the weekend!

    Evening all :hello:

Managed to get 2 boxes of crackers tonight :) Thanks to OP.

Almost got trouted by suspicious SS assistant who questioned me about them. I had paid though so if he'd tried to take the crackers away from me I'd have karate chopped him. Purpledonkey and I legged it sharpish as we saw him telling all his colleagues. Might have to steer clear of that mr Ts for a while....hehe

Your shopping adventures always sound hilarious:rotfl:

    Evening all

Logie don't quite know what to say. Must have been quite a shock at your appointment. Many kind words for you today.
My thoughts ..I think you have really enjoyed the last few weeks and the feeling of returning to 'normality'. Hold on to this philosophy as you have been blossoming and having great family adventures.
    Keep up with these.
I don't know the effect of radio therapy treatment as my dad had radium at Addenbrooks. Not sure if you will manage driving yourself after first few days.

Do you have the option of starting your treatment after your mums holiday? Sorry don't know if possible but might be a great help.

I am sure we will be counting down your appointments with you. Just think of all the lovely cake photos you can taunt the members of 'Elite fat club' with.

The biggest hugs to you and your family.
Can never put into words what I really want to say but I hope I can convey the vibes I want to send to you.

Change that signature now big guy. No, absolutely no binges this weekend!

It's just more to lose next week.

Drink more water and get some exercise in over the weekend. You need to hit this challenge running:T

I also don't own scales. My OH a took them outside and took his hammer to them about 3 years ago :eek:I had gotten obsessive about weighing myself every day. I have to say though, Im better off without them. I have absolutely no idea what I weigh and judge things by what I can fit in to :D I know the hammer thing sounds shocking :o but looking back I was probably driving him mad.....and he did me a big favour!!

I know you've mentioned before FC about your lack of cooking skills but was it really that bad, your OH did this to the kitchen scales.

Did you bake a particularly terrible cake?

There is a t's about 12 miles from me with the filthiest carpark you have ever seen which I plan on wandering round on saturday.
Still trying to work out my £50 shop for tomorrow.
