Change that signature now big guy. No, absolutely no binges this weekend!

It's just more to lose next week.

Drink more water and get some exercise in over the weekend. You need to hit this challenge running:T
Haven't really got a choice TM, its Fathers day on Sunday and I'm off round the MIL's for a pizza session (to keep the kids happy). Mustn't annoy the MIL as she is giving us her house in a few weeks time and the "no mortgage" thing will mean that we can give our kids everything we would otherwise struggle with. Things like help with Uni, first car, first house etc..

I seem to remember my GP telling me to drink slimline tonic water when I felt hungry at night. I know it's not to everyone's taste but another tip that might help someone :)

One shall see if one can purchase some of that tomorrow.

I would love to know how Jen Hud went from "who ate all the pies" to "who definitely didn't eat all the pies". Do you think she went on the 5:2 diet too?

Sorry but that made me :rotfl:

The only time I ever weigh myself is when I go home to my parents every 2-3 months or so! But I just noticed in some recent pics that I'm looking a bit chubbier than I realised, and I've got the start of a double chin  :rotfl:
I'm not that bothered about weighing myself, so I think if I did get a set I would just use them once a week at the same time and then chuck them away under the bed or somewhere out of sight. I guess I would like to be able see that I'm losing something.

Trying to get OH on board as well, but he has no restraint when it comes to cake and chocolateand thinks doing 100 sits ups a day is doing him good. I keep telling him they would be if he didn't keep eating pie and cake afterwards :p :rotfl::rotfl:
I can see it becoming a bit of a competition between us actually, so I'll keep working on him ;)

I did get bad :o I was weighing myself twice a day sometimes  I had put some weight on and managed to shift it with not too much difficulty and then I forgot to stop :o

Let us know how you get on with cutting out the carp. I promised to start last night and failed quite miserably. No more junk in my room tonight though, all in the grey bin, not very ms I know, but what the hell. All I have is a bottle of water and a bottle of sparkling water. Wish me luck!

I'm not [STRIKE]anywhere near[/STRIKE] quite at the cutting out stage yet :o :rotfl:
But where I would have had chocolate and/or biscuits with my cup of tea this evening I only had 2 Jaffa Cakes, which is quite good for me!
Although I did have a pineapple cake and a packet of crisps this afternoon, so plenty of room for improvement!

Also good if you suffer from cramp in the night.

FC understand the scales thing as not had any in the house for over 8 years. My Dr weighs me once a month to monitor drugs and this is ideal

Come to think of it my first husband bought me scales for xmas once:eek:
Only thing he did buy me for the bedroom that needed batteries:rotfl::rotfl:

Eek, that's not quite so good.

I've never actually dieted before so I'm not too sure what to expect to be honest, but I'm going at it with an open mind with no great expectations and no pressure to lose X amount a week, if that makes sense?! Just going to take it a day at a time and see how it works.
