Just off the top of my head. That is what they were a few years ago, but I wouldn't really trust the figures they put on the packaging - it is just a guide :cool:
From someone who used to calorie count and live of less than 600 cals a day, trust me you don't want to go near that stuff it will trigger your mind to think you need more and will make the urge to resist harder. You want to get as much food that makes you feel full for your 500 cals and drink plenty of water.Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
