For the weight watchers and fasters..... If you are planning to start on Monday.....try until then just to drink more water....do nothing else. It may surprise you to see how much you can lose with only a little effort. It could get you off to a flying start:)

You must be psychic. I am doing just that with my 1.5 litres of water. :D

Book downloaded, please count me in.

I will go for tuesdays and thursdays as easy days for me.

No ready to confess how much I want to lose but weight has been stable since I came off methotrexate 2 years ago. To be honest I would be thrilled with 10lbs as on steriods but would be a big boast to my self esteem.

Not suffered for weight gain due to 1p chocs as never found any and I don't chase every glitch.

Surely the chasing should keep folks trim?

Best of luck people. I agree with whoever said drink more water. It's good for your skin generally too :)

anyone notice this? go to sada.com on the right hand side there is a let's barbecue section note the coke price 3 (2ltrs) for £3.00, stella £8.00 and burgers 2 for £5.00. Sod's rather misleading as the coke certainly isn't on that offer.

Only if my face is blurred out

I can run. I have no problem with running. My bath .....:rotfl::rotfl:

I have problems running a bath, as my stash shelves are where it should be. :o

I did start a running plan beginning of year where you start by walking 5 mins briskly, one day then rest the next then up to 10 mins then eventually you start running, it is about a 6 weeks plan. I never got past the walking stage. :o Did get up to about half hour though. :)

Please can you add me to the list QoC, I really need to do something, think my lethargy might be helped a bit if I lose some weight. I am 4 stone heavier than when I met Mr TS 25 years ago. :o Although I was about a stone underweight then. :o:o:o
