anyone notice this? go to sada.com on the right hand side there is a let's barbecue section note the coke price 3 (2ltrs) for £3.00, stella £8.00 and burgers 2 for £5.00. Sod's rather misleading as the coke certainly isn't on that offer.

I have problems running a bath, as my stash shelves are where it should be.

I did start a running plan beginning of year where you start by walking 5 mins briskly, one day then rest the next then up to 10 mins then eventually you start running, it is about a 6 weeks plan. I never got past the walking stage. Did get up to about half hour though.

Please can you add me to the list QoC, I really need to do something, think my lethargy might be helped a bit if I lose some weight. I am 4 stone heavier than when I met Mr TS 25 years ago. Although I was about a stone underweight then. :o:o
