I have problems running a bath, as my stash shelves are where it should be. :o

I did start a running plan beginning of year where you start by walking 5 mins briskly, one day then rest the next then up to 10 mins then eventually you start running, it is about a 6 weeks plan. I never got past the walking stage. :o Did get up to about half hour though. :)

Please can you add me to the list QoC, I really need to do something, think my lethargy might be helped a bit if I lose some weight. I am 4 stone heavier than when I met Mr TS 25 years ago. :o Although I was about a stone underweight then. :o:o:o

    I blame Mr TS:o;)

I am going to start my 5:2 from tomorrow simply because I have 10 days of work and as I work shifts I want to get into some sort of routine before going back to work.

Will make my fast days Friday and Monday this week but due to shifts my fast days will be different every week!

(knowing the luck I have had with these seeds, probably! Even Rebecca is against me, she ruined one of my plantings!)

Just been looking at the No7 boots glitch on grabbit.

Anyone in NE know where the nearest SS Boots are located.

    Thank you

Need to ask the same for SW please. ;) Can't think of any in the P**le or B*mth area that have them. :(

We had them in a local store on a retail park for around a year but they took them away again. Maybe I bought too many vitamins.

I have been really naughty and ordered the Soap and Glory moisturisers that are £3 off each one and 342 as it is taking the full price off for the 342. Worked out about £5 each so not an amazing bargain but great reviews for sensitive skin. I was looking at the night cream someone posted as that is £4 off each but there was not enough in stock.

I have never grown them myself. But if they are like other crocuses, plant them towards the end of the month or into July. They should flower about the same time as daffs and they don't always flower in the first year, either. So you might have a while to wait for your saffron
