    Are you all talking about the fasting diet? Mr TS and DDs were doing it over easter hols while I was at mums so I didn't get chance to join in. Not sure how successful it was and I was a bit wrapped up but know they have not kept it up.

    I'm thinking Monday and Friday would be the best days for me as I don't work on those days. I need chocolate and Coke on the days I'm working to keep me going! :rotfl:
