Monday is a bit of a rubbish day, I think that will have to be one of my fasting days
Makes me want to eat chocolate just thinking about it

Tuesday and Thursday look good for me. I'll be weighing on Fridays
Monday is a good day to start for me, will have to think of a second day to do. Tues is definite no as that is high impact exercise day for me, sunday is also a no as go to MIL's for roast every week:o
