Cheese is one of my biggest as well, I have cheese every day.
1p chocolates are also a big problem at the moment! I've still got rather a few left.

    Evening all

I have thought about trying this but can't decide which 2 days to endure the fasting...definitely not Sundays as I always go to DMothers for a roast dinner ;)

Monday is a bit of a rubbish day, I think that will have to be one of my fasting days

Makes me want to eat chocolate just thinking about it :D
I couldn't do Monday I don't think cos of work

Tuesday and Thursday look good for me. I'll be weighing on Fridays

Monday is a good day to start for me, will have to think of a second day to do. Tues is definite no as that is high impact exercise day for me, sunday is also a no as go to MIL's for roast every week:o
will have to have a look for the book. could also actually use the recipe book i've had on shelf for years http://www.amazon.co.uk/Just-100-Calories/dp/1407549103/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1371068395&sr=1-1&keywords=just+100+calories
