I have never watered it down, so cant answer that. Dont see why not though, especially if you add lots of salt.

I just collected a baby dress I'd reserved last night for a friend's baby. Reserved at £3.99, got to store this morning and price had increased to £8.60 odd. No problem, sa said I'll get an over ride done, I paid £3.99.
