rhosynbach glad you had a lovely day memories to treasure xx .

Glad everyone was ok after the tremor, we had one here about 5 years ago, i never felt a thing was well in the land of nod, hubby said everyone was out with torches and the whole van was shaking:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

my dd partner slept through then said she dreamed it it never happened :rotfl: until he got to work and everyone else was talking about it then saw it on the news.
ds2 shares a bunkbed with ds3 and he thought ds3 was having some sort of fit and shaking the bed as he has been unwell it was only when he jumped out the bed he realised the whole room was moving :rotfl:

Just had a dear friend off loading to me on the phone for over an hour and I am beginning to feel like I work for the samaritan's this week ;)but on a serious note thats what friends are for and I know how much better I have felt when I have been able to share a trouble or worry with the Elite.

    Good night all :A

Don't know if anyone eats Quorn items, but a lot of their range is on at £1 each at Iceland. I know it's not the tastiest of items but it is healthy and supposedly good for you.
