Help: Re Different Colours and Negative Feedback

Because they seller is not obliged to refund the RETURN postage. That was my point.
Anyway, good news OP, sounds like it's all ended (relatively) happily
Agreed. My point was that as soon as a seller begins to "shuffle like a cat using litter" then I, as a buyer, would take steps to ensure that my rights were protected.
Get a friend to adjudicate :rotfl:
Glad that it's been sorted now OP.:)0 -

I still say they were purple though...lol
If you do get the necklace back feel free to send it to me and I will run it through our National Physical Laboratory calibrated Spectrophotometer in my optics lab and send you a report of exactly how purple it is.

My son had a pair of trousers when he was little that were green in the bedroom and brown on the landing, had to remember that when I was matching a top with them, most things were ok with both colours."There is no substitute for time."

SO do that, that would be excellent, and send the buyer a report."There is no substitute for time."

If you were going to write a thesis on this subject, you would have to include some details about the technology and camera used and the fact that colours on-screen are only representative of the colours and not actual. The color is first interpreted by the CCD and software built into your camera and then these colors are then displayed on monitors with differing colour abilities and settings.
Of course, starting out with a good picture and good lighting is imperitive, but any buyer must be aware that a colour on their computer screen is only representative.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise.
