The final hurdle....time for a new diary

I've decided it's time for a new diary. Next month will see me clear another two debts in full and then June - Dec will be where I clear the majority, if not all (I hope!) of my remaining debt. I thought starting a new diary (I do it alot
) would be sensible in keeping me on track and heading in the right direction.
Little bit about me, 34 years old and married a very lovely and supportive husband. We live in the South in a gorgeous little 2 bed house with our little babies (dog/cat) that drive us loopy but love all the same.
Debt background - November 2007 saw me taking stock and deciding to embark on a dmp when I realised I had 64k of debt and I couldn't see a way forward. A year or so later I decided to go it alone and arranged payments between myself and my creditors and it's been going well since.
It's been a hard slog but as of 15.05.13 my total debt is £14,047.51 :j I now feel like this is the last hurdle and it's all about clearing it in full and becoming debt free now. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel finally.
I must point out none of this debt was my hubbys - all prior to him and he is so supportive in many ways. However I would never have him pay a penny towards it literally as all my doing - he is incredibly supportive in that he pays for treats, holidays etc etc. I'm a lucky girl....not that I wouldn't do it if it were the other way around obviously and I can't wait for my first pay packet of debt freedomness....I nice big treat coming his way!!!
Right enough of my yapping, here's to looking forward, planning and earnings as much money as possible between now and 2014!!!!

Quite simple....clear them in order of balance. For me the motivation is clearing them in full one by one. I know this isn't always preferable to some but it's worked for me so far and got me to where I am.
How.....work as much as I can, save money until I can clear a debt in full, overtime, savings on shopping, budgeting, planning ahead.....so on and so on......oh and updating on here regularly0 -

Well weekend didn't go as planned, but in a nice way. I did work overtime so that's one thing but didn't get to meal plan, go for a run or set budget. I will try and do these today.
Yesterday was so lovely we ended up taking the pooch for a lovely long walk and then decided on going to pub quiz in the evening with friends. Was a fun evening and just £2 per team entry plus a diet coke so a fairly MSE evening :money: with friends
This week is busy work wise for me so majority of my time will be sat at my desk. I do however have evening runs planned with friends for this evening and tomorrow evening - fingers crossed the rain goes easy on us!
Oh, the reason for my running is I have a 10k race in July and then i'm doing the Great South Run in October (10miles ) so need to up my training. I've done both before however that was a few years back so i'm not as fit now
One aim for today..... a No Spend Day.....keeping it simple
