Just back from a weeks hol in a caravan  was actually really good fun. Not something I would ever have done previously but the kids loved it and so did us adults! Was cheap and cheerful and tons of memories made. :T
Back to earth now with a bump. Kids back to school and nursery. Uniforms sorted and hung out. Pack ups done. All sorted I think.
Been to Ald1 today spent £62 including nappies and wine . Then oh spend the afternoon batch cooking. We now have at least 15 meals sorted. :T
Accounts sorted out. All good in the Muser house. xxMortgage Jan 13 99260.00 87253 April 2017

Miserable day today. Staying home in pjs with DS and being very lazy. On nights later so I have an excuse.
Spag bol in the slow cooker for dinner and will make hm soup for lunch.
Nothing very exciting going on in the MSE land for me. Pay day next week.
I can't ever remember the ch being off for this long ever! Hoping to make it to at least October. Should make a real difference to the bill fingers crossed. :money:
Just been doing an Amaz0n wish list for the childrens Christmas presents so when people ask what they want I don't just tell them to get whatever. I'm not going mad this year so I want every present they do get to be loved.
Just claimed 39p from TCB :rotfl: that can go in the ISA once it clears. I'm waiting on another £74.00 to show as payable that can go in too.

Sounds like you're doing well Muser.
Liking the idea of an Amazon wish list for the kids for Christmas. I always get stumped when people ask me what they'd like too. I might adopt your method!

Oh has always been on board with my ramblings but last night I actually saw the light bulb go off in his head! Ha
So this is fantastic news. We need to get some bits and bobs finished in the house and paid off. Then we need to get a decent buffer. We will then look at shortening the term and throwing every penny we have at the mortgage.
I need to- Ebay things that have been 'saved' in the loft
- Meal plan and stick to it.
- Always take pack lunches to work and school.
- Walk whenever possible.
- Use passes we have for local castles for days out and take food with us.
- Stop buying wine!

- I need to set up some pots within savings accounts and budget realistic amounts for clothes/days out/etc
Have a good day people.
