What is a proof of postage? Does this cost anything?
Fiscal drag, that's my problem. Too many people dragging on my fiscals.

A Certificate Of Posting (COP) is available free from Post Offices and insures your item up to £28 provided it meets with RM's terms and conditions.

this happened to me yesterday funnily enough, parcel arrived which i'd paid nearly a fiver for recorded delivery for, but came 1st class standard. I emailed the seller saying i'd left positive feedback (as they wre friendly and prompt) but was peeved to see it wasn't recorded. they emailed striaght back with an offer of a partial postage refund, a nice result.

i was happy with the item but when i pay for a service i expect to get it

    Hi,

Can I ask you how you worded your email?

I just said that i was writing to let them know item had arrived, in perfect condition and how pleased i was with it. I said i would be leaving pos feedback as delivery was quick and we exchanged friendly emails before hand. I then said i was however a bit peeved that i had paid for recorded but recieved first class standard, as i had paid for that i expected to get it.

they wrote back quick and offered refund, admittedly they'd alrady leftme pos f/b afetr i paid. it seemed a geniune mistake and the refund was nice
