    Helen you're on a role.

  • Apple 1 = Spiced Apple Muffins

Apple 2 = Apple Sauce for freezer

Apple 3 = HM pork and apple burgers.

or Curried Parsnip and apple soup.

Never been known to waste an apple in this house - even the dog crunches the cores :money:

Dashing into town now for the vets at 2.20, but I'll post the methods when I get back.

Thanks for the apple suggestions. I wasn't sure I could use them in the same way as cooking apples, I guess I just won't need to add as much sugar. I have never learned much in the way of cooking so normally stick to following recipes. I might make an apple crumble for dinner and bake a cake on Wednesday instead, so long as have everything for the crumble!! I have checked my fridge inventory but it looks like I will be doing the baking cupboard next :D
