Morning all, I'm in again - thanks for the list. Just going to see what I can do in 15 mins in the kitchen before the paid stuff. Have already done dailies and hoovered/swept/mopped through house this morning.

    Have a great day everyone.

one child decluttered to school DS1 going later, DS2 loved his weekend away and did recover after the big sleep friday so really enjoyed it -aparently the icecream in wales is almost as good as ronaldos in sheringham which is high praise indeed from him.
busy weekend went over mum, brother sister and 3 nieces were there got to give baby niece a bottle and have a walk round the garden with toddler niece. (everything was "whats that?" or "wheres the birds?" lol)
teen niece was really pleased with paints and nail polishes i decided to declutter her way so i think everyone was happy.
Sunday went carboot in the morning then DD2, partner and kids round for dinner and afternoon then DD3 and partner for tea and most of evening.
Got DS2 scouts hike tonight and a meeting about his london trip in school so arranged journey share for scouts with friend. i can drop DS2 off at hers when i walk to school DH will meet me there then hopefully time for tea then pick both lads up from scouts after that.
just put big bag of books out for air ambulance charity hopefully they will be collected before the rain comes down.
just going to put my scruffs on and nip round mils to plant the wheelbarrow up with geraniums. then i can start on our kitchen and play catch up from the weekend.

    Morning

    Thanks for the lists ladies.

Well, The good old BBC let me down spectacularly! Bedding and towels still on the line from yesterday morning, only they now weigh twice the amount in rainwater
Narco - didn't know you were an AGA buddy :D

Ooooohhhh, when I do my catering jobs, I love the venues that have an Aga as it helps keeping food piping hot. Nothing worse than going into a venue the sleeps 16/18 people and the Landlord has only provided a regular size family oven.

Should be quite easy to do the kitchen today as it had a blitz on Saturday.

    Monday - kitchen
    Only got 15 minutes
    [STRIKE]sweep [/STRIKE]and [STRIKE]mop the floor[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Put away 5 things[/STRIKE] - GOING TO DO THIS IN EVERY ROOM
    30 minutes to spare
    [STRIKE]Wipe over your hob
    Clean your sink
    Wipe your work tops[/STRIKE]

Clean the windows OH GOT CRAFT JOBS "SETTING" - DAREN'T MOVE THEM
    [STRIKE]Do the 15 and 30 minute jobs too[/STRIKE]
    Extras
HHI - FIND DS'S SCHOOL TIE - IT SEEMS TO HAVE GONE INTO THE LAND OF THE MISSING SOCKS
    [STRIKE]S&S the bathrooms[/STRIKE]
Declutter your most cluttered drawer - THE 2ND ONE - "THE MAN DRAWER"

Time for a quick :cuppa: then will crack on.

    Others
    In town:
[STRIKE]Food shopping (spend £30 in Mr S and get Les Mis DVD for £7 rather than £12.99 - so excited. They had none left on Friday)
    Must remember soap!!!!!!
Take OH's van into the garage
    Take the recycling
    Walk the dog[/STRIKE]
    Pay money into the Bank
Possibly buy a new School tie

    Home:
    Find DS's tie
    Learn lines for Play
    5 things everywhere task
[STRIKE]Strip DS's bed if the weather brightens up [/STRIKE]
Clear the long corridor - it will be nice to not have to put this on my To Do list yet again :o

OH just come back from school run with DD - the drains have collapsed at School so they're unable to open. DD looks chuffed to bits and is now doing a craft project with OH for her homework. Making a Victorian room in a house.

Have a lovely day ladies - slowly and steady wins the race :T

Washing brought back in  and is now re-spinning in the WM and the TD is on :mad::mad::mad:

Off into town shortly with DD. I have little enthusiasm for staying in and tackling jobs this morning, so a little fresh air and shopping might cure me.

Pooch is scratching at his ears so off to the vets and OH's exhaust has fallen off the van, so will visit the Garage whilst in town. It never rains but it pours, as they say.

hope that means your ceiling man is there and its being fixed Pigpen.
have a lovely day at the farm Bossy.
back from mils flowers planted and a HHC in the garage, also put her solar lights out in the garden, well 5 of them one of the spikes has disappeared so 6th one cant go out.
did glass bank for mil as well and threw a bag in the clothes bank as i passed.
confirmed DHs hovercraft experience day DD1 booked him it last years fathers day, its taken me this long to get him to go. he want to do it and i know he will enjoy it but just couldnt get him to commit to a day. so ive just rung him and told him when ive booked it for. If it had been left any longer she would have wasted the money as the voucher code would expire.Sorted stuff out for school need to change out of my scruffs before work but will set timer and do a HHC in the kitchen first

11AM HHC any one want to join in?

    Blimey I've done the list!!!

Oh I need to sit down now lol

    Music is a great motivator

And I've mopped the hall and cleaned the front door and a radiator, I feel a headache coming on from all this work hehe

Off to do something else now whilst I feel energised

Morning everyone. I've never joined in with flylady before but my goodness I need to. I've never been great at keeping up with housework but since going back to work following my maternity leave everything really has gone to pot! I am hoping that these daily lists will get me back on top of things or as close as I ever am and feeling more in control.

    Monday - kitchen
    Only got 15 minutes
sweep and mop the floor DONE
Put away 5 things DONE (putting away everything that had been on the drainer for ages counts right? I also have a "this doesn't belong in the kitchen" pile which I intend to sort and put in the right places when I get home from work)
    30 minutes to spare
    Wipe over your hob DONE
    Clean your sink DONE
    Wipe your work tops DONE
    Got an hour
    Wipe the window ledge DONE
    Clean the windows
Do the 15 and 30 minute jobs too
    Extras
    HHI
    S&S the bathrooms
Declutter your most cluttered drawer this one makes me feel faint!

I cheated a bit though as I actually cleaned the kitchen last night but when I get home there is washing to hang on airers (some may sneak in the TD) and mount ironing to tackle.

To do list for the week
    Post MIL's birthday card
Post parcel that has been waiting for ages (whoops)
Collect parcel from the post depot
    Take glass recycling bins
Sort baby clothes and take neutral ones to work for my pregnant colleague :)

I'm sure that list will be added to!
