Hoppy 18th Birdday to GI's DD.

Gentle (((HUGS))) Valli do take it easy, mate; it all sounds very unpleasant for you.

A very hard BOOT up the fundament with the Goblinkickers and a good hard smack upside the head for the bullies, FFP. It makes me very angry, having been a victim of bullying myself when I was at school. And GWS wishes for OH.

I've found a tadpole.... my burgundy skirt needs repair, the waistband has started to part company from the rest of the skirt. It remains to be seen how easy it is to sew with wrist splints on.;) Mr LW was talking about replacing it, but why on earth would I do that if I can fix it? Besides, I loathe clothes shopping!

glad you found your OH FFP
Valli hope things get easier for you very soon

did my HHCX3 at mils, washed all paintwork - doors and frames in her hall and kitchen. Looked much brighter when id finished.
had my dinner on the 'top table' at school, which was nice.
have fed DH and hes gone back to work, had a near miss a big bit of tree fell on our landy when it was parked at work luckily just a little dent on roof, could have been a lot worse.
DS1 has got through to the second stage of his job induction so has another day there in a couple of weeks. I think if they pass that they get 13 weeks of paid work that can be extended to 12 months before hopefully being offered a job.

need to get off my behind and do something here so HHC at 2.30 anyone

It's wild here. The wind is blowing all the leaves off my apple tree! The garden is in a state now.

Been out to playcentre, kiddies lunched and then back home in time for my mum to drop by. Had cuppa and natter. Since then I've washed more towels, sorted the coat cupboard, done the ironing and taken the front of the heater in the conservatory, to retrieve a paintbrush DD had "posted" and got stuck in the fins

All the ironing is upstairs on my bed waiting to be delivered to its rightful home.

Kids are giving each other stickers at the moment, and saying "we'll done, you've done loads of tidying" and "you've been such a good boy" :D

Off to consult my meal plan to see what's for dinner. Hope it's something easy :o

Sat on more sofas, discounted them.

Done some ironing, a little more to do.

    Watched an episode of CFS

Another paint sample has dried and is about to be stuck off the list. Another trip to DIY store in the way home from taking DS2 to work then.

    Hi All

Well today has been my first full day back at work, house is gleaming, :D, well it was when I left this morning! (HM pizza for dinner so I suspect there will be flour everywhere when I get in).
We have kids on a pocket money system now, whereby if there room is tidy on a Friday night, they get pocket money, I still do the hovering/dusting & changing of beds, DD so far hasn’t had any but DS has been really good & he is the youngest!!! I changed DD’s bed yesterday, will wait until DS is fully scabbed over before changing his bed. So sorry not been able to log on much but RL has got in the way this week & if I had logged on at home, I would not have achieved what I did this week, so plan this weekend is to catch up with some ironing seeing as house is sparkly. Have a nice weekend all, not a bank holiday here but kids are off schoolFriday/Monday.

The first flight of stairs from the front door has now been completely washed, the rising and the going to quote our chippie. I've also done the right hand side of each stair from the kitchen to the half landing, and half of the half landing as well when Dog left some very odd marks. The red wine stain on the sitting room carpet has had another scrub and it's now at the point where you can only see if if you know what you're looking for. That's enough for Level 1 today for me.
    Better is good enough.

Evening all, where has the week went....

Still on farm duty here, spent 2 hours on Tuesday night chasing a cow that had cleared 2 fences and was 3 fields over. Same cow is very nervous and would jump again very quickly, seems to have only cut it's nose.

Finally got the lino for the kitchen floor and joiner came last night and done the skirting and kick board.... Now just to get the top of the units done and the ceiling level. Then new light and i'm done in there. :D

Most of the gardens have been mowed and all strimming done even down the lane has been done. Still would need a day in the polytunnel to sort it out. Flying wise the kitchen and livingroom have been done, washing basket is full to the top.

Plan tonight is flying in the bathroom and put undercoat on the skirting in the front hall. I want my filing thing back in by tomorrow night and then i'll sort all filing.

Hope all poorlies feel better soon, hugs, spoons where needed.

Right better shift and get something done..:D
