Morning all - not a bad night, considering; had to use the 'puffer'once and have been back to docs, been apologised to re the wait and have been told I am 60% 'there'; one lung, however, has caused concern and I am now also on antibiotics. I am SO PLEASED I decided to buy a 3 month prepay for the three items I was prescribed yesterday, because, having had another item today I am now in 'proft'! Woot! I am not, however, blessed with sufficient energy to do much. DD has stayed off school (she only had revision classes) so I am not alone (just in case) asmy mum has a funeral to attend in Lancashire but didn't want me on my own. This means I get drinks made:cool:Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

HI all, just skim read last couple of days so breathing vibes, anti-nasty-bully vibes and hugs to everyone else.
I'm not sure what I've been doing the last couple of days; being lazy I suspect as there seem to be a lot of 'unfinished' thoughts, piles and lists around.:( I do worry about this imminent freelance work; what happens if I just sit on computer or kindle all day....,....well yes, I'll have no money. Sloth is me.
So.......didn't manage to get into the ridiculously overbooked pilates this morning so did aqua instead, which meant no to the next class as it's a pain changing, showering etc between swimsuit and leggings. With the 'time saved' I did manage to get to post office and mobile library on the way home, and start clearing a bit of clutter. But that was while the kettle was boiling...........did a few surveys and read a few forums during coffee.
Just opened disappointing parcel. A couple of days ago I ordered some office supplies, and realised 30 secs after I'd clicked 'confirm' that I hadn't put in the code to get the free gift (a picnic bag/set). Now, it's not as if I actually NEED the set, and as it happens it's raining fit to bust but that's not the point. So I did an immediate grovelling email, and when the 'confirmation of order' came through it did indeed say " introductory gift". Well my free gift appears to be a rather large St@ples catalogue. a)not much of a gift b)more clutter c) why would I want a catalogue when I can order on line?
Anyway enough time wasting (see what I'm like?) I'm now going to leap into action as I'm going down to my mum's in Southbourne this afternoon so need to totally declutter house, pack and even do some report writing. Someone give me a sharp kick please.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -

Something else for my "to do" list, a cupboard and freezer stock take to make sure that the £13.19 I have left in my May grocery budget is wisely spent instead of the accidental purchase of duplicate items and nothing to turn into a proper meal!
Also there is washing in the machine, really tempted to tumble it considering the way the airers are currently taking over the dining room.
Also adding take my sewing maching back upstairs and put it where it belongs which is not on the floor in the dining room!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member #398 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts :T

OH found he was in the yard thankfully just barking orders at some people and not working honestly I will have to hide the crutches from him. The full point of me going out to work tomorrow is that he gets to be part of it even though he's just sitting.
After finding OH I have.....
Made breakfast
Washed up
Been to the shop
Brought pals dog back with me for a wee while to allow her to do candy apples
Rubbish out
LR given a wee tidy
I'm just about to send DD over to learn how to make candy floss
I'm going to get something done not sure what yet I will make up my mind when I'm finished my tea, probably the bathroom.
Valli rest up pal take it easy and get better soon xxxI'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged0 -

KICK
Am picking OH up from work at 3.30 so who knows, I might even get a paragraph or 2 of report done after lunch.
What I really, really should have done in the earlier, DRY, part of the week was sort out the spare runner bean plants I'd promised to take to mum's. Now it's going to involve coats, wellies and mess. Postponed hair washing till I get to mum's..........Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
