Yeah, my previous advisor said there had been a bit of a communication saying I understood stuff when I infact didn't (confidence), so got switched to this new female advisor as they all think she will be able to help more with interview skills than he could.You have had months to get help with interview skills, it seems that it has only become vital because of this course. There is no reason why you cannot do both - if the course finishes at 4pm, then you can be at the WP office at 4.30pm for a mock interview.
Sorry, but I think you are creating excuses.
But thats the thing, my new advisors like 'ohh if you're on a course yoy don't need to come in'. Maybe not. But I would rather her try and fit in some interview practice and appointments while this course is ongoing. Finishes at 3pm, so no reason why she couldn't.
I will sit through the course, just not interested in the interview for the outbound job at the end of it0 -

Can't say I've already done the course, that much my new advisor will know. But I can say I've realised it's the same course I dropped out of a few weeks ago because it really wasn't a job I would be suited too.
Can also try and say I'd rather aim towards improving interview skills and focus on applying for admin jobs.
She herself said it's important if I don't agree with stuff to raise it as otherwise the things we do won't really be helping me.

Can I suggest as other have said that as the course leads to an interview (no guaranteed job)that because it may be a job that is not your ideal job when it comes to the interview you may be more relaxed so may focus on the interview. You said you wanted interview help so this is a real job, with a real employer and the worse that can happen is you get offered a job, which you can take and still look and apply for other things. You can get feedback from the interview and use this as a positive step forward. After the training you may find that a call centre job isn't as hard as you envisaged. Please look at the positives.0

Regarding addressing issues - you haven't addressed the fact that you are still very negative and seem to be refusing to find any positives in the situation. And there is nothing to stop you practicing interview techniques or applying for admin posts at the times you are not on the course - after all, most information and job vacancies are on the internet, so you don't need to do everything during office hours.
Busy mom also makes a very good, and positive, point about interviews.

OP Please tell someone 'you just don't want to do it' / 'I have no intention' there the easiest words I can think of saving 30 odd wasted posts, hope the course goes to someone who wants it

I've used Google to read interview stuff but its the mock interview things my advisor mentioned that I really still want to do. They need to be done in office hours.0 -

it could do if you have no interested or knowledge in the role and are happy to sit there and lie when they ask you 'why do you want this job' or 'why should we take you on' etcI don't agree. Many people apply for jobs that don't interest them just because they want to work, that doesn't mean that they can't have very good interviews.We’ve had to remove your signature.
