If you go through the help screens, there are normally phone numbers and email addresses.0

This is almost an identical thread to one posted recently. Trolltastic IMO."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

I have try all that. As said before, they say to me that I have to speak with an account specialist. Still I wait a response from him or her. I really seeking for a complain form as a lot or legitimate companies have where you could write to them and an independent could handle your claims ,checking the representative and my emails and pop in with a solution. The account specialists are a waste o time!0

OP, can you please answer my questions in post #11?0

I could but I don't see to go somewhere the whole thing .Your suggestion is that my solution is the court. If someone experience similar matter with amazon and found a solution ,different from the court that I already know and I am working on it I will really appreciate his/her response.0

Maybe, just maybe the people at Amazon are struggling with your grasp of English in the emails perhaps?0 -
I will not coment your response Slowhand as I find people make this kind of comments at least stupid .They reply on me pretty well till the point I haven't proven to them that they are wrong and illegally keep my money!0

Totaltrading, I believe you now need to start writing letters.
Real letters, not emails.
Maybe recorded delivery letters would be a good idea.0 -
