Hello,
I am really experience an issue with Amazon.
The company close my account after find out that I violate its policy. Fare enough. The issue is that I have return item back to them and or not issue a refund at all or they claim that different items have been returned back. When I speak to them try to figure out with them what is going on asking if parcel came damaged or the weight of the return parcel simply stick in the same answer and after a while they are not even responding to me.
Really not know what to do. I am thinking to contact the police as the people cheating me.
Please any advice i will really appreciate!

Firstly, the police won't be interested as its a civil matter, not a criminal one.
Have you tried phoning Amazon, or using their live chat service?0 -

I didn't know that .I thought that stealing is a criminal offence and from the point someone keeping your money and not giving your legal refund with several tricks this a criminal offense.
Anyway I do understand what you mean!
I do have contacted them and an Account Specialist contacting me claiming that they have received my parcel but it didn’t included what I claimed.
When I start to asking if the parcel came damaged or the weight of it!
They just ignore me.
Also I have similar issue with the amazonde which I have returned an item to them .There customer service claimed that I didn’t return the right item. So they decided to posted back the parcel to me. Item wasn’t the same.
My item weight weighing 5.2kg and the item they posted to me weight 4.3 kg.
Again when I tried to raise a case there they ignored me.
All the parcel posted recorded delivery .A receipt with the weight and amount paid is there .
Finally when I return items their form claimed that I will have to pay the return postage cost and they will refund me.
I have done what they advice me and when I attempted to request that they said because they close my account they are not obligate to do so.
Well all this is not fare as I now that they will not refund me obviously I will not have posted back the items till to clear out the situation.
Really don’t know what to do any more filling absolutely unprotected here from people that with tricks attempted to keep my money and not offer me the good!

Were the items bought from and returned to Amazon themselves or individuals or companies selling through Amazon? I find it hard to believe that Amazon would go to the trouble of pretending that what you had returned was not the item that you said it was, and even (I assume this was amazon.de in Gernany) send you back a different item - what would be in it for them to do that? If it's an Amazon seller that you bought from then I would imagine there's a limit to what Amazon can do to resolve the issue, in the end it will come down to you and the seller, and you may have to take it to court, if it's worth doing.0

Also I find it really hard to believe myself. I never had any problem in the past with them. I have purchased a number of items and I had returned items to them without any problem. Believe me if someone ask some months ago I will say to them that amazon is the best company to buy online stuff.
The whole issue starting when they closed my account and I have to work with the Account Specialists. Really late replies, comparative with the 24 hours maximum response of the usual customer service of Amazon and inadequate.
No I am an individual and all items bought from Amazon warehouse. There were items that Amazon sells with free postage.0 -
Is it me or does anyone else think the only one's being scammed here are Amazon and not the OP! I wonder what he did to have his account closed down.0

Well I could clearly state to you what happens and definetly is not the amazon which scammed.
neilmcl you maybe right my friend but could you then let me know why they don't reply to me when I request from them if parcel came damaged or the weight of the parcel they receive?
What they have to afraid or they have?
You should understand that I have already posted the items to them and the only thing I have in my hand it is a receipt .
From there side they could claim anything and not give me the money.

Your now classed as a serial returner, Amazon take a dim view on this and close down accounts of people who return a large number of items to them.
They would possible have closed you down anyway but returning the wrong item to them was the straw that broke the camels back.
Whilst it is you legal right to return items under DSR, it's also their right to not sell to you anymore for using it as a try before you buy service.
Also they haven't stolen anything from you so the police won't be interested, it's simply your word against their of what was in the returned parcel.0 -

What I say is that from the point I have returned the item to them and they claim that they receive a plier for example and I have posted an orbital sander.The weight of the pacel receipt is more near to the orbital sander as this is the item I have posted back to them and when I claim something like that to them they stop any conversation with me what I should assume myself?
If it is just my word against them I have lost my money but this is really unfaire as it obvious that there is an error from there side and for obvious reasons a plier cost £3.00 an orbital sander £79.00 stop any conversation and keep the money.
Well I am not going to stop my self and allow them to cheat me.

But it makes no difference how you posted it or what the weight was, they are not denying they received a parcel from you, you now have to fight them on your word against theirs. If they won't speak to you then you need to make them through the courts, it's the only way you will get justice.
Very unusual for them to claim this though.0 -
OP when was the last time you had contact with Amazon? Is there a telephone contact no. for them or are you just using email? When was the last email you sent them?
Also, it would be an useful if you could tell us exactly what you sent back and what Amazon are claiming they received.0
