I'd say very unusual for Amazon to behave in this manner if this is the whole story?
OP, can you not contact your card provider and open a dispute with them to get your money back?
  • So bris you say to me that there is no any consumer body or any other way internally to Amazon like a complain form or a direct email with a representative of Amazon where I could have a word before the court.
Well they don't claim that they haven't received a parcel from me, because obviously they will have an issue with the Royal Mail if so, but what there return department claims is that they have received a different item.
They will have to answer how the hell a parcel weight a 3.6 kg for example included only pliers rather an orbital sander for example?

And you say you have the same thing going on with Amazon DE, where they're also claiming you sent the wrong item? Could you have mixed up the contents of the parcels?

Amazon can tie themselves in knots if the wrong thing is sent back, I had to return a wrong item once and they would not refund it as I had not sent back the item I ordered !! Took a while to get someone with English as a first language to sort it out, they then refunded as a gesture of goodwill.

Considering I just got given a very expensive item from amazon (a hell of a lot more than this) due to their error. I can't see them whinging over a £60 sander, unless there is more to this. Or they suspect something?

Two items having been "swapped" you said this happened before right? Is extremely unlucky. Did you send them back and mix them up?
  • It is two separate things.
I have an issue with the amazonuk and an issue with the amazonde.
This happen because it is the same account.
The problem is what I could do from the point they don't cooperative with me.
Is the court my only solution or there are some other options before that?
As previously said it is not possible to have sent an orbital sander and them to claim that they have received a pliers. Something happen from the point I posted the item and till the point they received.
From their side, as they don’t give me any more details about the parcel, there is nothing I could do or investigate. Even the Royal Mail will not be able to help me. This is why I ask if there is any independent body or internally from amazon, which could push them to pay some attention here before the case go to the court?

The court is the independent body.

Try speaking to an actual person from CS they may be able to help, they will answer a phone.

Two seperate things but the same issue, ie, both saying you sent back the wrong item according to your post. Bit too much of a coincidence don't you think. You still haven't said why your account has been closed, have you a history of this kind of thing?

Is it me or does anyone else think the only one's being scammed here are Amazon and not the OP! I wonder what he did to have his account closed down.

bris has give you all the infomation neilmcl about the reason amazon close my account.
Possible you may know well their practice! Closing accounts and not giving refunds . A I don't see to give any feedback to me but I just see someone to support a big company which use its power to cheat customers!
The keep items I have posted with lies and claiming that I have posted wrong items not issuing a refund at all.
Someone support theif is also a thief. Also if someone willing to go to the police not have something to hide!
