Amazon-close my acount and after conatcting them they ignore me !

This is all very interesting. A package containing pliers could weigh the same as one containing an orbital sander, depending on how it was packed and with what kind of insulation.
It sounds like Amazon have closed your account because they think you are trying to deceive them by returning the wrong item and hoping they won't notice. That way you keep the item you wanted and get a full refund. I'm not saying this is what you have done, but this is what Amazon thinks you have done.0 -
Well I don't understand how the may thing something like that. Well they could say that I posted the item in a steel box, fare enought. My self not have an actual photo of the parcel .
Anyway not really know what to do. As it has been said before it is their word against mine.
Personal speaking feels totally insecure.
If you don't have any other idea I will have to conceder the option of court.0 -
Well it's extraordinarily bad luck that you've had two items go back, with something else turn up......
If amazon didnt see any tampering with the parcels, then it looks like they have gave you the benefit of the doubt first time. Then 2nd time terminated your account.
I don't know if I fancy your chances actually if it went to court as it all goes down to the decision of the judge and balances of probabilities. One swapped over, but two? What's the chances an opportunistic thief would have stuff handy to replace your item with, why would the bother? I know amazons warehouse is quite strict, as in it is all computerised, they know where all the staff are, what actions they are doing and when, CCTV. To get the most efficiency out of them.0 -
Well it seem everything perfect with them, but the end up it is that I have paid for something, return it and have end up paying money without having the item. Also the have promised to refund me about the postage , now no way.
Well it seem that they are perfect and I am wrong here.
Could you please suggest something as honestly I have returned the right item to them and serious speaking I will not take any doubt on that!
Also even i am the biggest criminal they should stop the conversation with me when I request more infomation to investigate the whole thing>No judge will be happy with something like that!0 -
You'd have to take them to court and let the court decide on the balance of probabilities, who owes who, what.0

You've been told several times... go to court.
Maybe MSE's Small Claims Court Guide will help you.0 -

Have them return the item to you to see what they claim to have received.0
