The simple fact is, a lot of these people would not be crew if Ryanair did not put the process in place to train them and then employ them. Many of these jobs just wouldn't exist without Ryanairs huge expansion.
As in most jobs, there are the moaners who wake up in the morning and start to ruin everyones day with their negativity.
Then there are the ones who appreciate what they have and make each day count.
Ryanair will have both.
Thankfully, most crew I have encountered have been happy and friendly0 -
There are three separate sources suggesting that Ryanair exploits its cabin crew - Sophie Growcoot (who recently contacted her MP), Air Scoop (above) and the father of an exploited crew member. Given that Ryanair has a history of poor treatment of consumers, it's hardly surprising that it treats its cabin crew similarly badly.0

Pleased to hear it. Many of us here focus on the poor way in which Ryanair treats consumers, but we shouldn't forget that Ryanair's staff also suffer.0

I do find all this worrying, especially when viewed alongside the news headline on the airline's website of RYANAIR FULL YEAR PROFITS UP 13% TO €569M
I think most people travelling expect the pilots and cabin staff to be properly employed on decent terms and conditions.0 -

"Suffer"?
I was unaware they were being forced against their will to work for Ryanair. The government should really do something about it...0 -

maybe that's why they keep going on strike!
Can one not complain about working conditions then, go on strike no matter who it is? Not at Ryanair as unions stop EXPLOITATION in the work place, exploitation used to gain high profits...The fact that general public have been programmed by Ryanair's O'Leary, who cheaper cheaper cheaper,AT WHAT COST?
You need to get out more.0 -

Wrecking a young persons life,(first job) they never get over it..
Thank you NFH...
You are being quite ridiculous. We have all had negative experiences at work, but to suggest such an experience will wreck someone's life is a massive exaggeration, or indicative of an underlying mental health issue for that person.0 -
