A lot of Ryanair's profit also comes from leasing out their aircraft to others..
Ryanair cleverly create high passenger numbers, plus cleverly pay agents large hourly rate of pay, with only 50% given to probationary cabin crew at Ryanair....Ask do you think Ryanair would use agents if it cost them millions £ each year unless they were making out of it..Not hard to see what David Bonderman and Michael O'Leary have been doing since 2004...

You are being quite ridiculous. We have all had negative experiences at work, but to suggest such an experience will wreck someone's life is a massive exaggeration, or indicative of an underlying mental health issue for that person.
I was thinking that too. Obsession springs to mind0 -

Probationary cabin crew is my field and NOT pilots.
Ryanair are registered in Ireland. All complaints must be told there.
All probationary cabin crew all over Europe have Irish working contracts.
The Irish Aviation Authority in Dublin are the LAW in the sky for all Irish Airlines. It is government funded...
8 former Ryanair employee's work for the IAA.
At a Ryanair recruitment day''Live the High Life'' Ryanair MOTO, is the order of the day which to many young want to be cabin crew, exiting for young people would you not think...Soon as you agree to pay,or except monthly salary deduction for training, pass training, with your first 2 days flying Un-paid, the Ryanair Moto, seems miles away...Most young people share accommodation with up to 4 and eat very basic food for the first month, thinking their second month will see their first healthy salary as Cabin Crew.
Then it sinks in,low pay, many home stand bys each week which are un-paid,am flying days out at 4.30 back 3pm..Worked 8 hours, paid for 5 as only paid whilst flying,,,Week after week the very same, and you can see why many look miserable. If they decide to leave, they will owe Ryanair's so called third party agent thousands of £ and threats of dept collectors chasing you for money owed,Danial Silverman Solicitors are dept collectors and based in Liverpool....
This is a lot for young people to handle so they stay unless they get Terminated, even then their last month salary is taken in fee's,if they have not flown enough,Danial Silver come knocking.
Also most new recruits pay emergency Tax of 42% as Ryanair agents delay forms with only 20% will be paid to Irish Gov....This tax taken by Ryanair,is placed in Bank Of Ireland high interest account..Ryanair's buddy,Bank Of Ireland were 80% of probationary crew salary is paid, freeze bank accounts of TERMINATED probationary cabin crew...Outside of UK, new recruits MUST open Bank of Ireland account for their salary to be sent...Most in Europe open second account of their choice and get salary transferred, which help increase Bank of Ireland's charges..
Ryanair's Bonderman and O'Leary act as people who create thousands of jobs, which in part is true,TERMINATION being up to 60% being for them to create..Called Recruitment for Termination.
Bank of Ireland, business's and many governments hold large shares in Ryanair which are Pensions PROTECTED....That is why Governments will not tackle Ryanair's exploitation...
Over 50 million each year is made from exploitation, this is the Ryanair way...
Seriously, you are paranoid. You've got everything in there except links to Al Qaeda.
Calm down. See your GP.0 -
http://www.dalmac.ie/training-course-fees.php
These are the fees and how they are collected.
What is wrong with that?
So you pay to train, just like many do, to become a trucker, plumber, driving instructor, plasterer etc etc. Many of these careers want the training money upfront without guarantee of pass or job at the end.
The cabin crew training allows the fee to be paid as you earn. Thats quite a good deal imo
So you dont like it,after you have finished and chuck it. The training still needs paid. That is life.0 -

I think most people travelling expect the pilots and cabin staff to be properly employed on decent terms and conditions.
I'm sure Ryanairdontcare values your billets-doux,
how about a billets-don't!0
