Hi Karen,
Get new good solicitor.
Take the case to court .
As he was at home you witness and other people can be witness that he didn't go to football
All you need is a witness and your self to say he was at home that time ... then carpenters solicitors got no leg to stand on in court be aware that they use fake doctors to give them blank signed doctor report ..
Any questions please ask

Hi Rachel please see my other replies it would help you a lot .
You really need another solicitor but carpenters solicitors build very strong case against you so you lose in the court
The doctors signs blank report for the solicitor to fill in you can see in the doctor report that more legal factors than medical factors it's all set up please see Google review for carpenters solicitors ...
Good luck
Any questions please ask

Hi all, my mother in law has received a very aggressive l letter from Carpenters after a bump on a narrow road, they are alleging and trying to claim all sorts of stuff but there werent any witnesses except the van driver and his passenger. My mother in law is really worried about it and I am wanting some advice. Can anyone help?
Thanks.0 -
Your mil should not panic and speak to her insurers. It’s just tactics,0

If you are not happy with Carpenters, tell them you want to lodge a complaint. The more complaints they get, the more their professional insurance costs them each year. They’re doing a rubbish job for me too. The van driver that hit me has got a mate to lie for him. I went on FB and found likes on their linked pages, so now have evidence the witness is a mate. Give it a try.-1

My claim is with Carpenters and they are just absolutely terrible!
Someone ran into the back of me in November last year, my insurance put me through to them to handle the personal injury side of things which at first they seemed great, lots of paperwork done and things were moving, then from nowhere I was moved to another claims handler who was useless, then moved again to another one who was also useless, just zero communication.I was then moved again to a woman called Chelsea Gadsden, she seemed ok at first, responding to emails etc but then she went quiet, her telephone number doesn’t connect to her but goes to someone else’s voicemail, calling and waiting almost an hour to speak to anyone.I’d offered for them to drop my case, obviously no charges and I would seek a solicitor from a better firm that doesn’t have thousands of terrible reviews but no I’m stuck with this piece of rubbish company that my insurance put me onto and I had no say in.Anyway after months I just said screw this, I’m going to the ombudsman, this isn’t acceptable service, especially for the cut they take from the payout.I gave the required 8 weeks notice of my intension to go to the ombudsman and surprise surprise they started to contact me again and things started moving again, court papers were generated, signed etc so I didn’t take it any further with the ombudsman. Now months later nothing, just absolutely nothing, no communication at all.Anyway I’ve emailed Donna Scully, explained everything yet again and have given 8 weeks notice of my intension to go to the ombudsman. This whole thing is no tiring, chasing everything, being messed about/ignored, when it’s me that was hit from behind.0 -

Every time I contact them I get someone new who takes details but never gets back to me.
I have now been told I have lost a case that they were representing both sides!
Because I hadn't contacted them!!
Where do I go from here?0 -

I’m now with the ombudsman after they confirmed that this is a valid claim and they are going to peruse it, when I said to Carpenters that I was going to go to the ombudsman they emailed me back so quick offering me £50 to stop haha yeah I didn’t stop, so now I wait.As for you, if you’ve had a final reply from them just email them back and say you’re not happy and you’re going to the legal ombudsman which you can go to here-
https://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/Then just fill out their forms, it’s pretty easy.If there has been no final reply then email Carpenters and say you are very unhappy because of - then list all your reasons and then say you officially give the required 8 weeks notice for them to resolve the issue before everything is referred to the legal ombudsman. Then put it in your calendar for 8 weeks time, if they come back to you with silly emails asking you to not go to the ombudsman etc just repeat the same line.If it doesn’t get resolved by them in that period then straight to the ombudsman.Good luck 👍0
