Pet hates when travelling

I could understand if it was huge but its an average size, and since it fits in my hand luggage bag it is not taking up anymore room, it is just easier to have it than not!
Security aren't bothered how many cabin bags you have, just shove it in your big bag at the gate and take it out again when on-board0 -
I hate the stress of travel, having to be at the airport 2 hours before the flight leaves, the unpleasant jobsworths doing the security checking, once through, the "shopping opportunity " to buy overpriced rubbish, the idiots pushing to get on the plane when we all have allocated seats, the same idiots shoving huge bags into the overhead lockers. the rush to get off the plane at the other end, the endless queueing for passport control and then the scrummage at the luggage carousel. We're off to Ialy on Friday, this time I'm determined not to get stressed ,not to let other people annoy me and to just enjoy the trip. Fat chance.0

Waiting on the plane for the stragglers who seem to have lost their brains in the airport departure lounge, and obviously gone shopping at the last minute. Makes me seeth!0

Thought of a couple more...
Showers where the head can't be removed from the fixture for directional spray, so you can't have a 'proper' wash. Not so bad if there's a bath, but when it's just a shower cubicle (e.g. P&O cruise liners) it's not good.
The inevitable 'satisfaction' questionnaires, whether left on the table in your room, or emailed insistently (and persistently until you deal with the damn thing). If I have a complaint I'll have raised it at the time, and if I don't, well that's what I expect, so why do I have to waste my time congratulating you on it?I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

Shower gel/soap/shampoo fixed to the wall in dispensers just out of reach from where you need it - especially if you are in the bath.
Are you listening Jurys Inn?0 -
Hospitality trays that give you four teabags, six sachets of coffee, and just six of those tiny little longlife milk things - you need at least three to make one decent drink! I'm always having to go down to reception and ask for more.

For me, it is without doubt the clowns who insist on leaving their rucksack/backpack on their backs when boarding a plane and attempt to decapitate seated passengers everytime as they clamber up the aisle - especially when turning or on removing the aforementioned item from their person prior to placing it in the overhead lockers.
From experience - those with metal frames are the worst!0 -

Bar first then plane = less stress.0 -
Hotel showers that are so low on the wall you have to be under 5' 4" to wash your hair without having to become a contortionist. As someone who is 5' 8" this really annoys me, although it must be far worse for those over 6'. Maybe there are a group of height impared plumbers that have captured the hotel shower fitting market!0

I get incensed when hotel rooms don't have a plug socket and table or surface by a mirror so that I can plug in my hairdryer or straighteners, put them down occassionaly and actually see what I'm doing.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
