No, read my previous post, I said that it would be an addition to this board, tell the other two that thanked you, to read before thanking.:beer:Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

There is a division on the forum where some people think that the current boom has been a good thing. There are others that do not.
The good thing about this forum is that we get to air both views.
I would like to see that programme aired as well
There is another group that do not really care either way as they will make money in this market (Still rising) and post HPC rather than waiting for circumstances to help them out.
Re: My programme, who fancies lobbying channel 4 to get a pilot programme with the aformentioned skirt (Melissa, Sarah and Amanda)?
I have thought of a working title
Hotties and tottie making money from properties while red blooded males watch their botties.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

I thought it a tad long winded, but it would draw attention to the programme and ensure loads of viewers which would lead to more of the same.
I would like to be a co-presenter but in all honesty I think you and sortofok make an excellent double act and would be perfect for the part.
The new Colin and Justin perhaps?
I have first dibs on Melissa though.;)Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
I wonder if Martin would set up a sub-board for like minded House Price Crash enthusiasts to swap statistics.
I think there is enough interest for it to take off. I would volunteer to be a board guide, I wouldn't actually visit the board because it would be an endless loop of exactly the same drivel.
In order to access the board, all members would have to put the date of the HPC for all to see, when this date passed with ever increasing price rises, that member would have their posting priviliges removed and sign a pledge to never visit these boards again.
I think it would work?
People scoffed at my idea, but due to the amount of threads started this weekend don't you think it's time HPC MSE style got it's own sub-board?
I will even supply the tissues to the HPC enthusiasts to wipe their monitors when house prices start falling according to the land registry.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

Provided Martin also supplies a sub (normal) board for those who champion house price inflation.
How does that sound?0 -

that's a great idea, then I wouldn't have to put up with reading this mindless dribble.0 -

Could there be a part for me?
As a narrator perhaps.
Pointing out the silly bits.
Like Terry Wogan on Eurovision.
Forsooth my friends, I think I can just pull it off.Whenthemusicstopsmakesureyou'renotleftstanding0 -

Or are you the sort of person who just happens to stumble onto a nudist beach to be "appalled" to find fat naked people there?
Why can't the nudist beach have a section for all the fitties and then a section for all the fatties, eh?0
