So we're a step closer. Looks like the contents of this thread are ringing true.
One more small raise and then 6% interest rates. According to www.swap-rates.com then it will be due soon!
Let's await the next set of inflation data to see how soon we could get there. Despite the headline that CPI went down to 2.5%, the core inflation within those statistics rose, so it was only the large swings of the volatile contributors that brought this inflation figure down. By no means does that mean that its under control or on its way to 2.0% as is the target. Price of petrol has secretly got way back up into the 90's again?!I can take no responsibility for the use of any free comments given, any actions taken are the sole decision of the individual in question after consideration of my free comments.
