You keep mentioning this, but nobody is abusing you, nobody is trying to make you do anything you don't want to do. But you've come here for advice you have been given that by many people on here, but still you want to pay these scumbags.

Can I suggest that you just go and pay them because you are wasting people's time here. We can't help you if you are not prepared to do any self help yourself. This whole sub forum and a large section of pepipoo.com and CAG are here to help people. You i'm afraid are beyond help I think because you are not listening.

Would you prefer to hand over money that you dont need to? Money wasting expersts anyone?
Also checking the lease and other details on the property will inform you exactly where you stand on not just the parking, but other possibly important details associated with the property as well.

As they say ignorance is bliss, especialy for private parking companys and other such simalar operations that exists out there.
