  • Depends whether you want to deal with a thoroughly dishonest company..I wouldn't deal with them at any price.

    Well I just got my £20 from Quidco for switching internally from standard BG leccy tariff to Click energy in March. ( was only expecting £5).

    Nothing from BG to say they have transferred me though, 10 weeks in.

    And now there is Click 3 but I'd be most surprised if there was any cash back to be had moving from Click 2 to Click 3.

    I also have trouble accessing the Click Energy web site. But for some reason have no difficulty accessing my Click details via House.Co. UK., after logging in.

    I've just wasted half an hour on the phone to British Gas and finally they've sorted me out. The people on the main number couldn't do this so I had to call in again to the House number 0845 600 5001 option 2

    I'd gone onto Click Energy 2 a few months back -

    But checking my bill online I've discovered that when the ordinary price dropped, I'd been taken OFF Click Energy 2 onto the ordinary tariff again - so my price went UP!

    Anyone else on click energy - worth checking your bill as I expect they may have done this to everyone automatically!

    the above just confirms i shouldn't consider any products from British Gas...even online ones...

    even with electronic management of accounts, BG still stuffs things up...

    although i will save around £80 a year (£7 per month), the hassle this may cost me more than £80 per year ... so not risking it...
  • I have been on Click energy 2 since I moved house in March and all is well. BG were the supplier in my new property and my bills are a lot less than my old property and they are accurate - even the estimated leccie reading

    Grrr already? Whats the differences in prices between Click 2 and Click 3? I have only been on Click 2 for 3 months!

    Edit: errr, for Electricity there seems to be no difference in rates at all between what I am paying on Click 2 and the advertised Click 3 rates? Why have BG introduced Click 3?

    PS: my account on https://www.clickenergy.co.uk seems to be working ok atm.

    Correction! The site is working ok now and there is an alternative to the 0870 number. 0113 338 1022.

    BG rang me in reply to my e mail and told that that i would automatically be switched from Click Energy 2 to Click Energy 3 automatically.
