I'm surprised this isn't a more active thread!

In my bundle, I would like to ask some questions of the airline. I've seen posters saying they "put the defendant to strict proof ..." or siumilar.

Could anyone tell me where would this go in the bundle?

    Thanks!

I did it in my court statement. If you PM me your email address David, I'll send you a copy of it.
  • Any questions would need to be asked either:-

    a) By way of correspondence before the hearing; or
    b) By way of cross examination of the witness at the hearing.

If you get a response to your written questions then I'd put the questions and answers in the bundle.

Any questions you want to ask at the hearing would not go in the bundle.
  • I've spent hours reading these boards and watching developments, copying bits from threads and saving documents and links willy nilly. I now have such a plethora of materials I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Sometimes I see something that gives me confidence and then up pops something that makes me doubt my claim. I may have to start deluging these threads with questions (hopefully not the same old ones) and will appreciate any help you can give me.

Anyway, I'm pulling together the bundle and have a broad handle on what I need, thanks to all the stalwarts who've made all this muddy water a bit clearer. I would really appreciate sight of a real bundle if someone would be willing to share.

    Thanks in advance.

Brief details of my claim are here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=62321049&postcount=3

Well done for putting in the effort to try to master this. I have been there myself, and know exactly what you are going through!

PM me your email address and I will send you my bundle (or at least its content list) so you can see what I submitted.
