Thanks - is it on their website, do you know? I can't find anything that refers to it.
I'm going back in tomorrow, so will ask to speak to the manager then.
Hi josie , you can ring Mr A house (0800 952 6060) and tell them on the phone. I have done this when I was over charged and not given a voucher they sent me the difference through the post and told me they would contact the store I shopped in and remind them of the policy.Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.0 -

But point 1 of my post has some truth to it though. I was just saying 'nothing personal' for the benefit of others reading this thread.
As for being kept sane (making light of... etc.), see my last post (about getting out..)!0 -

Nothing too "strange" there though. It seems quite "usual" (rather than "strange") for the m'buys to go awol nowadays, which is quite good news for us:D.
Okay.. I'm doing a lot of quotes and technical definitions. Maybe I ought to get out more...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D
Surprised at you savvy - go to back of class:mad::mad:never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0
