Thanks - is it on their website, do you know? I can't find anything that refers to it.

I'm going back in tomorrow, so will ask to speak to the manager then.

Hi josie , you can ring Mr A house (0800 952 6060) and tell them on the phone. I have done this when I was over charged and not given a voucher they sent me the difference through the post and told me they would contact the store I shopped in and remind them of the policy.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

Thanks Savvy. I totally understand what you're getting at and I don't take it personally at all. When I say ' forced' I don't mean it literally. It's just me making light of my own situation. I find it's often the best way to deal with things and keeps me sane! :)

But point 1 of my post has some truth to it though. I was just saying 'nothing personal' for the benefit of others reading this thread.
As for being kept sane (making light of... etc.), see my last post (about getting out..)!

Can I introduce Rex? He's our dog. This is him when he was a pup. Something nice to cheer up the dull weather we are having. I do happen to hire him out. When we go on holidays. :D

Has it been a m'buy glitch day today??

Nothing too "strange" there though. It seems quite "usual" (rather than "strange") for the m'buys to go awol nowadays, which is quite good news for us:D.

Okay.. I'm doing a lot of quotes and technical definitions. Maybe I ought to get out more...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D

Surprised at you savvy - go to back of class:mad::mad:
