See that's the thing. The government should help people who have paid their way and are now struggling. Unfortunately, they don't and that's what gets on my tits (not that I have any).

Not sure about the legality as it's not a game of chance. The outcome is predicable.

Yeah was just having a look on the gambling commission site and it depends whether it's a lottery or a prize draw and whether you pay to enter. Well, you do pay to enter. I think Mr T would probably think it was a game of chance (despite us knowing otherwise :rotfl:)

The bit I don't think is right is the fact that they'd just pick one of the prizes - could be wrong tho, just surmising that as usual Mr T would go into it half c*cked! Like the original TPG with DTD, sigh, happy days!

just to say, sorry if you are stressed or struggling at the minute.

i don't claim anything from the state but i don't begrudge those that do.

tried to claim once when was out of work but apparently i didn't have enough stamps...

even though me and OH work and have mortgage, we mse for our future...

to be honest it's just makes sense to be frugal, why waste.

hopefully, those paying bedroom tax can find some extra ways to free up some coins.

Can I introduce Rex? He's our dog. This is him when he was a pup. Something nice to cheer up the dull weather we are having. I do happen to hire him out. When we go on holidays. :D

Hope u appealed. This happened to me when I claimed maternity pay 26 years ago and more recently JSA. Both times they told me I hadn't paid enough national insurance contributions even though I have worked for 33 years. Both times I appealed and they admitted they made a mistake

Good evening, all. I have 42 pages to catch up on.:eek::eek: Children bathed and bedded. DS1 has his TV back but I'm holding onto the xbox live ongle for some time yet. He's got ground to make to get on my good side.

I do hope you've all had a lovely weekend. I got two lots of Lucazade but haven't put the receipts in yet - I hope I'm not too late.

I'll start catching up shortly when I've done all else I need to do. -argh, that reminds me. I forgot to fill up today - looks like an earlier start for me tomorrow.
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
