Thanks, there is no way fro me to submit proof of post or photos yet, I guess that option will become available over next few days?
From memory that option is available when you escalate the case. Your seller will probably tell PP now that he will give you a partial refund or that he will charge just for the mattress etc, just keep reiterating in the dispute console that the bed is not like the picture and only a full refund is acceptable.
Paypal will then ask you to return everything back to him tracked. You then get the option to enter the tracking into the dispute. As soon as it is delivered (or even attempted to be delivered in the case of some sneaky sellers who think by refusing delivery they can win) the case should automatically close in your favour.0 -
Can't help regarding your claim but I had problems with online4baby and a car seat. I said the seat was faulty, they said I was fitting it wrong. The local police do a carseat fitting service - even they couldn't get it to fit properly. I bought off the website not through ebay though. Customer service were appalling on the phone - even resorted to calling me names and put the phone down on me. When I posted a review of the carseat it never appeared. If you look at their own branded products the only reviews that appear are four or five star reviews. I complained on their facebook page and was banned. I won't go near them now.The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

When you open a claim the seller can accept a return request after which you input tracking info. If you escalate the claim, eBay CS will decide what should happen, they will tell you to return it and provide tracking at this point0
